I want to thank the committee for having me judge this show; it was a great honour, and
I’d like to thank all the exhibitors who chose to come and exhibit such high-quality dogs.
It is always an honour to be asked to judge the breed I have lived with all my life, but for
the Cesky Terrier Club itself, it is truly a great honour. Thank you all once again for a wellrun show and enjoyable experience.
LD (3,0) 1 Placido Proper Player of Bleuetopia. A lovely, well-muscled dog, confident in
the ring. He has a strong, masculine head of good proportion and well-set ears. A good
size to him, undeniably male, without being large. Liked his forequarters and frontal
angulation. Moved well and was confident in the ring.
LD (3,0) 2 Ulmo Bohemia Des Hauteurs. Another nice dog to get my hands on. Was fond
of his length of loin and the rise over it, creating that perfect rectangular appearance. Less
confident than 1st on the day.
OD (3,0) 1 CH Janski Bugurovski. First in Open Dog and ultimately Reserve Best in Show
was CH Janski Bugurovski, an 8-year-old dog who was also Best Veteran in Show, a
particularly nice, mature dog of sound construction. Good head shape, with a clear
masculine appearance and well-set ears. Excellent forequarters with well-laid shoulders,
well-sprung ribs with a lovely cylindrical body leading into a nice length of loin. Good
amount of angulation in the hindquarters. Correct tail set. Very pleasing size to him.
Moved with purpose and drive, a particularly eye-catching dog with the confidence to
allow his best qualities to really shine.
OD (3,0) 2 CH Sametova Bacary. A mature light grey dog of 6 years old. Reasonable head
shape. Rectangular dog
VD (1,0) 1 Janskii Theodore By Runiks. A lovely 8-year-old dog of lovely construction, with
a very masculine appearance. Distinct head of correct proportions, leading into a neck of
good reach. Nice topline. Good amount of muscle and strength, allowing for good
propulsion and drive in his movement. Another lovely dog to add to a very strong group of
Ceskies. A little larger overall than the best veteran, but a lovely Cesky.
PB (2,0) 1 Ridley Bronya. A very promising 7-month-old puppy in good condition, who was
also Best Puppy in Show. A lovely feminine head, with well-set ears. Great topline, with a
nice slight rise over the loin, and her calmer demeanour while standing allowed her to
show off beautifully. Good angulation, especially in her hindquarters, allows her to show
off some very compelling movement. A very pleasing best puppy who appears to be
developing well.
PB (2,0) 2 Ridley Beatrix. Another 7-month-old puppy who shares promise and many
compelling traits with her sister. A very feminine head, with a pleasing flow into a neck
with good reach. Pleasing fore and hindquarters for a puppy of her age. She was a lovely,
energetic puppy bitch.
JB (3,0) 1 Bleuetopia Ahsoka. A very nice 12-month-old bitch of nice size and shape. An
eye-catching, feminine head with a nice expression, good shape and well-set ears. Good
bite. Good neck reach, flowing into well-laid shoulders. Correct loin length with
appropriate rise. Good tail set. Well angulated rear. Good confidence in the ring. A nicely
developing dark young bitch.
JB (3,0) 2 Bleuetopia Arsha. A very confident young light bitch. Nice overall shape and
silhouette. Feminine head with correctly set ears. Good cylindrical body shape, great rear
angulation. Good topline with slight rise over the loin, held well in the ring.
PGB (1,0) 1 Foxprims Marble Arch avec Gayleckels. A nicely balanced 2-year-old bitch.
Feminine head, good bite, well-set ears. Well-muscled shoulders, without detracting
from feminine appearance, into straight, strong forelegs. Correct loin length. Brisk
movement, full of drive. A little nervous on the day.
LB (3,1) 1 Silak Never Miss A Beat. A very nice 3-year-old bitch of correct size and balance.
Nicely shaped head with a nice expression, correct bite and well-set ears. In great
condition, appearing very elegant, while having good musculature. Coat in excellent
condition. Forequarters have good construction, with well-laid shoulders into straight
forelegs. Great shape to her body, which fits the rectangular dimensions perfectly.
Correct length of loin. Correct tail set and good rear angulation. Felt she let herself down
in some movement in her back end on the day. Overall, a very lovely bitch, with a lot to
like.
LB (3,1) 2 Winoski Rhaenyra. Light-coloured 3-year-old workmanlike bitch, not quite as
rectangular in body shape as I would like.
OB (4,1) 1 CH Janski Yamizzabi Witch JW. First in Open Bitch and Best in Show was CH
Janski Yamizzabi Witch JW, a beautiful and striking bitch, presented in lovely condition.
Beautifully feminine head, of the correct shape. Correct bite and well-laid ears. Feminine,
while well-muscled. Excellent forequarters. Well-set shoulders and forelegs straight.
Well-sprung ribs along with cylindrical brisket. Top line correct, with a slight rise over
loin. A very typey bitch. Brilliant angulation in the hindquarters. Tail set correct. Overall,
size is that perfect ratio between height and length to create the rectangular shape.
Projected a confident image while on the move, making full use of her angulation. An
absolutely standout bitch, and a pleasure to judge.
OB (4,1) 2 CH Komidon Rhythm at Moraira. A nice bitch of 6, with good size to her. Very
feminine bitch and very typey. Moved well, with good drive.
VB (4,0) 1 CH Komidion Prima Donna of Sametova ShCEx VW. A very pretty and elegant
9-year-old bitch, in superb condition for her age. Clear feminine head with well-set ears,
followed by a neck with good reach flowing into well-laid shoulders. Topline maintained
well at her age, with a slight rise over a loin of correct length. Good size to her, with a clear
feminine silhouette. Coat in good condition. Hindquarters have very good angulation.
Moved with drive and purpose. Lovely temperament in the ring. A lovely veteran to go over
and judge.
VB (4,0) 2 Silak Shasgav Sound Of Silence ShCM ShCEx. A very feminine, mature bitch of
9. Feminine head with well-set ears. Good forequarters. Coat in lovely condition. Moved
well with strong propulsion.
